Well i've got my comp back to Best Buy, hardware failure, most likely the gt120 graphics card(junk apparently, although a 1gb card), only 8 mnths old, sux. they said it's gonna be 2-4 weeks, so i've dusted off an old comp i had in the basement, gonna try uld tonight, hopefully it can handle a raid, if it chokes too bad i'll have to sit until i get mine back(quad 8200 8gb ram 1gb video i'm still crying)

Dood, I hope they are fixing it and replacing the graphics card for free. 2-4 weeks to diagnose and replace a bad graphics card is ridiculous.
If they aren't working for free, you should look up an online guide to replacing graphics card go pick one up off the shelf and Best Buy and install it yourself. It should take about an hour TOPS if you go slow and are super careful and follow each step exactly. Graphics cards are one of the easiest things to replace inside the case.
