Cheers gang! We have a lot of new members looking forward to raiding, and a lot of veteran raiders looking forward to progression in the new content. Of course, one of the best things about our guild is that you can raid if you want to, or do whatever else you want if you don't want to raid. If you do want to raid, this post is for you...if you don't want to raid ...then not so much. Whether you are new to raiding, or new to raiding with KoA, here are some things we all need to do to ensure raid success. Please Do let a Guild officer know what raid content you would like to participate in so that together, you can review your gear and make sure it is the appropriate level for that content. Also to ensure that you enchant and gem your gear to best compliment your spec/role. Please Do talk to a guild officer if you have any questions regarding your spec, rotation, abilities or performance on your char. Not everyone is pro from the moment they log on. Our goal is NOT to embarrass you or put you down. So please don't wait until you have to be replaced in a raid to ask how you can do better. Your Guild Officers can all either help you with your class/spec/role, or at least point you in a direction to get some answers. Raiding is all about the team effort...so the better you are... the better WE are. Please Do download, configure, and update all required addons prior to raid time. Please Do watch videos and/or read up on the boss fights. The more prepared you are for the fight, the better chance for success the raid group will have. Please Do come to the raid prepared with the buff food that best compliments your spec/role for times when a feast is not put down. Non buff food/water for when there is no mage food available. You will also want at least 3 flasks (or sets of elixirs) that best compliment your spec/role, as well as needed resistance gear. Please Do check the "Upcoming Raids" area on our website and sign up for raids you would like to attend. If you do sign up... be sure to SHOW UP!!! 15 minutes before invites go out, gear ready, mods ready, food/flasks on you, ready to rock. This will allow the Raid Leader time to get organized and/or make any necessary changes. Personally, I am looking forward to a great season of raiding 10 and 25 man content with a fun group that performs well. I look forward to helping people improve and building a strong team....and yes...I am looking forward to PHAT LOOT!!! There are a few "NO's" that I would like to share with you in advance also: NO You are not bothering me asking me for help with your char. NO I would not mind running a few instances with you to help you figure out where you are performance-wise (schedule permitting). NO I don't charge guildies for enchants or gem cuts provided you bring me the mats. NO I will not farm you gold or mats. NO I can't help everyone at the same time...so feel free to ask other Guild Officers for help too. I can tell you that if you do come to me and can't get help elsewhere, I will not forget you and will work to get you the help you need. I wish everyone a successful raiding season with lots of progression and mad loot!! Remember to have FUN!!! -Dave FINE PRINT: Raid invites are based on first come first serve raid sign ups per role. You are required to sign up on your mains, Raid Leader may ask you to switch to an alt if need be to fill in. Tax Tags Title not included, batteries not included, void where prohibited (Sorry Tennessee), No purchase necesarry, only one per customer please. -- ![]()

A little clarification for the new people: If you sign up for a raid that starts at 9:30, it means that invites will (probably) go out at 9:15 sharp, so you should try to be online by 9:00 to get ready (repair, purchase consumables, fly to raid location). The weekly raid schedule is usually posted on Monday night or Tuesday morning. -- myspace.com/dolphus22
