About Mag:
Mag is a very quick raid encounter if all attending are prepared and on-time (likened to Onyxia's Lair, which contains four "guard mobs" before the boss encounter, Onyxia). When performed correctly phase one shouldn't be harder than the last boss of a heroic dungeon.
