The Fine Print

[1] Adjustments
Adjustments can and should be made over time to the specific numbers used as both points earned and points spent on items. These adjustments will be made based on our progression and will be posted in advance.

[2] Loot Priority
Loot Priority is set as such:
Main Spec > Off Spec
Proper Armor Class > Possible Armor Class (Cloth to cloth wearers > Cloth to Leather wearers)

[3] Forced Bank
- All BOP items not purchased will be disenchanted and deposited in the guild vault.
- All BOE items and recipes are given to a designated representative to be deposited in the guild vault to be sold/sharded/gifted as deemed appropriate by guild officers.

[4] Decay
- Points begin to decay after 60 days and decay to zero after 90 days.

[5] Point cap
- Floor is set at -100, Ceiling is set at +800
- You may roll on items if it will take you into the negative but once you get in the negative, you need RL approval to roll and go further into the negative.

[6] Taxes
- We reserve the right to occasionally implement a positive/negative percentage tax if inflation/deflation begins to occur at an amount that becomes obviously unacceptable.

[7] Gifts
- On rare occasions, the guild or raid officers may decide to award items to key players, either to increase the guild's rate of success on raids, or to simply reward effort outside of the normal DKP system. Such gifts are arbitrary, and no transaction of DKP is involved. Obviously, there is a potential for abuse of this rule, as such gifts are typically only awarded when highly justified and will be publicly discussed well in advance of the transaction.

[8] Pooled DKP
- DKP is linked to the player, rather than to the character.
- All dkp is assumed allocated to main unless requested otherwise and approved by raid leader.
- Alts earn DKP at the same ratio as a main.
- Alts can spend dkp for a scheduled raid only if they notify the dkp admin 24 hours prior to raid so points can be transferred to the alt for use in the raid. (waiver of this rule is at RL discretion based on raid needs but should not happen very often)

[9] Bonus Points: Hourly
Bonus points will be awarded at one hour intervals after raid start as well at End of Raid for anyone currently in the raid group (or wait list) and in the appropriate raid zone. This is a reward for those who are online and ready to raid.

[10] Bonus Points: On-Time
Bonus points will be awarded at the beginning of the raid directly after raid invites are sent for anyone currently in the raid group (or wait-list) and in the appropriate raid zone who has signed up on the calendar prior to the event.

[11] Earning DKP while on Wait-List
Individuals who are ready to raid but due to the needs of the raid are placed on the wait-list, will earn full points at their appropriate rank ratio. In order to earn points, you must be in a position to be able to enter the raid instance within 5 minutes of being called to action. In the event that you are unable to do so, you will lose all earned points for the evening.

HOW TO: Spending DKP
- DKP Admin initiates the beginning of the loot distribution.
- Interested parties do a /roll in raid chat to signify their interest in the item. This does not initially decide who wins the item, just a visual verification that they are interested.
- DKP Admin verifies all rolling parties are eligible for roll.
- Person with the highest DKP that did a /roll and is eligible wins the item and spends the pre-stated price for the item.
- In the event that more than one person share the highest dkp position then the /roll will be factored into the winning of the item.
